Every item in this store is a PREORDER. That means your hair is ordered fresh for you the moment you order — it's how we keep the quality luxury. No fake "in stock" games here, ever. When your order ships: Orders ship [2–3 weeks] from your order date. When your hair arrives to us, it gets hand-checked by me personally before it ships to you.
Tracking: You'll get your tracking number by email the day your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start moving.
Orders with more than one item: Your order ships together once everything is ready and checked. If you need one item sooner, message us before you order and we'll do our best. Address changes: Made a typo? Contact us as fast as you can. Once your order has shipped, the address can't be changed.
Carrier delays: Once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is in their hands — but message us and we'll help you track it down.
